The Company has always tried to keep in pace with the Real Estate Marketing Dynamics and, thus, has been highlighting in its innovations. It was pioneer in the country when, in 1986, took the never deemed before decision to create its own financing line. Besides its financing line, MRV has had a partnership with Caixa Econômica Federal for over twenty five years.

MRV has been acting in the Real Estate Business for 28 years working with exclusive focus on incorporation and residential enterprises construction destined to middle class. Its wide experience in this business segment allows it for planning and getting to knowing deeply the several stages of the productive process, foreseeing marketing tendencies and constantly renewing its incorporation, construction and enterprises marketing capacity.

In 2000, MRV Engenharia arrived at Santa Catarina, in the city of Florianópolis, besides five more cities of the states of São Paulo and Paraná. In 2001, the company expended its resources to Brasília (DF), to the city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and to São Bernardo (SP). In 2003 and 2004, three more cities of São Paulo state were included in the process of MRV Engenharia. In 2006, Goiás started making part of the list with actuation of the Company. In 2007, with the putting of the stock capital into the market, 28 Brazilian cities started receiving the resources of the company, including in states where the company had never performed before. To name: Bahia, Espírito Santo, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte and Rio Grande do Sul. In this year of 2008, the company has already reached four new cities in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul.
