LIVE ABOUT THE CHALLENGES OF COMPLIANCE IN CONSTRUCTION WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF MRV&CO

Via Ética promoted the live "Blue Ollar" & "White Ollar"- the challenges of Compliance in Construction, on August 12. The objective of this event was to know through the guests the experiences and challenges experienced in the Companies where known collaborators between Workers (Blue Collar) and Administrative (White Collar) can have a great differentiation of understanding and assimilation of the various topics that involve "Compliance", and can compromise the general objectives for the success and effectiveness of an Integrity Program.
The event was moderated by Adilson Rodrigues, Director of VIAETICA, and was attended by Marcelo Assis, Manager of Compliance Construtora Barbosa Mello S.A., Eduardo Staino, Director of Compliance and Internal Audit of Andrade Gutierrez, Tatiane Batista Rocha - Compliance Manager at PROPAV Construction and Assembly and Alex Medeiros, GRC and Privacy Executive Manager at MRV&CO.
In the presentations were shared lessons learned and the good practices adopted by companies such as the implementation and development of Compliance multipliers, in MRV this project was called Guardians of Integrity, and the search to make disclosures and trainings that are dynamic and attractive to the public of construction sites, MRV&CO highlighted the initiative of the newspaper Direto da Obra that brought pilulas of ethical issues.
